Barry Huang                                   Research Fellow

Barry graduated magna cum laude from J.D. class of 2009 at New York University School of Law where he served as an article editor on the NYU Journal of Law and Business. He previously clerked for the United States Security & Exchange Commission and now works with law firm Sidley Austin LLP in New York. .  Prior to law school, He was an Analyst with Dealogic LLC in New York.  Barry’s research at the US-Asia Law Institute focused on Chinese criminal law and criminal procedure.
