Description: On Wednesday, February 13th, at 7:45 p.m., Mr. Frank Caruso will be giving a presentation on practicing law in mainland China. This presentation, brought to you by the Asia Law Society, is a unique opportunity to hear from an accomplished China practitioner about what it is like, as a U.S. licensed attorney, to represent small & medium sized companies doing business in China. The presentation will focus specifically on the challenges Mr. Caruso faced in representing his clients in China as well as the lessons learned.
Mr. Frank Caruso, who is the Managing Director of Caruso & Associates (http://caruso-associates.com/) as well as the Chairman of the China Practice Group for IPG Legal (http://www.ipglegal.com/), has been practicing law in China for nearly 10 years.
