Title: Asia Transaction Series: Frank Caruso of Caruso & Associates
Location: Vanderbilt Hall, Room 428
Description: On Wednesday, February 13th, at 7:45 p.m., Mr. Frank Caruso will be giving a presentation on practicing law in mainland China. This presentation, brought to you by the Asia Law Society, is a unique opportunity to hear from an accomplished China practitioner about what it is like, as a U.S. licensed attorney, to represent small & medium sized companies doing business in China. The presentation will focus specifically on the challenges Mr. Caruso faced in representing his clients in China as well as the lessons learned.

Mr. Frank Caruso, who is the Managing Director of Caruso & Associates (http://caruso-associates.com/) as well as the Chairman of the China Practice Group for IPG Legal (http://www.ipglegal.com/), has been practicing law in China for nearly 10 years. As a U.S. licensed attorney, Frank has found a way to utilize his U.S. based legal training and experience to build a robust China practice, primarily focusing on cross-border investment and trade.

This will be a phenomenal presentation filled with insightful and unconventional strategies for getting things done in China. This is the type experience that, if you have an interest in China, you will not want to miss.
